Administrative Assistant - Compensation: $450 per week in Carson, Alabama

We have a permanent position that we are looking to fill. It is a general administrative position and we would need someone with good organization skills, communicator and a self starter. You will coordinating many of our commercial jobs from bid to submittal. You would not be preparing the bid, just coordinating it. The candidate will be making calls to general contractors to make sure what jobs are coming up and when they are bidding. Also, you will be keeping on-going jobs when equipment is shipping.
